HOW SEATS ARE ASSIGNED
All seats will be assigned based on the order in which the gifts are received. Seat nameplates may be purchased using an installment plan of up to 4 years. Gifts made to the Take-Your-Seat Seat Campaign are tax deductible. Gifts made in the middle of the season will be eligible for the early season ticket purchasing period in the season following purchase.
GIFT DISCLOSURES
Each year, once the early season ticket purchasing period has ended, any named seats left unpurchased will be released to the general public for purchase as individual or season tickets, and named seats cannot be guaranteed until the following season's early season ticket purchasing period . In the case of events where the seat specified is unavailable due to event configuration, such as a closed balcony or on stage seating setup, other seats may be selected as a replacement to be chosen by the giver. A five percent fee is assessed on gifts to support university administrative costs.
