Exchanges

All patrons may exchange tickets to another event in the same series the ticket was purchased from by phone or in person up to one business day before the event. Exchanging for a more expensive show requires paying the difference.

For exchanges, call 901-678-MTIX or visit our box office, open Monday-Friday from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Refunds

Ticket refunds are offered only if an event is canceled before intermission. Ticketing fees are non-refundable. You may turn back tickets in advance or exchange them for a different performance.

Illness/Quarantine

If you are sick or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home. Please contact the box office as soon as you are able. We will work with you to find the best option so you don’t lose your purchase.

Verified Tickets

The Scheidt Family Performing Arts Center cannot guarantee the authenticity of or provide customer service for tickets purchased from third-party resellers, including brokers or individuals. For verified tickets, we recommend purchasing exclusively through scheidtcenter.org or by calling 901-678-MTIX.
